Here's why. Phones have become an indispensible part of our lives. In fact, for most of us, it is the first and the last thing we touch after waking up and before going to sleep.Numerous studies have suggested that watching phones/screens before bedtime supresses the sleep hormone(melatonin) production and severely affects our sleep. It's time we take responsible decisions for ourselves and put the phones away for a good night's sleep.
P.S.-Now you know why some of us simply keep tossing , turning and rolling on the bed past midnight?
